Adelaide Ward

Adelaide ward is a mixed ward providing care for oncology and haematology patients

Patients on this ward can receive a variety of cancer related treatments, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive therapies, palliative care, and symptom management.

The ward is divided into multiple bays of single sex accommodation, the Charlotte Starmer-Smith Haematology Unit, and single side rooms. The facilities are allocated based upon clinical need, which on occasion means that patients may be moved during their stay.

Please adhere to two visitors at the bed side at any one time and please wear face masks which can be provided for you. This is for infection control purposes to protect our vulnerable patients.
