Single point of access phoneline for referring partners
The Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust (RBFT) has a dedicated phone number for GPs, SCAS paramedics and technicians who are referring medical urgent and emergency care patients.
Call our single point of access( SPOA) phone line to discuss your patients with an Acute Medical and Surgical Physician/Register to refer to one of the following pathways:
- ED
- Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC)
- Ambulatory (DVT)
- Surgical
Using the SPOA number, you can also:
- Discuss your patient with a medical AP/register
- Call to Convey
- Contact our Rapid Access Clinic for older people ( RACOP)
