Get involved: updating our Trust Strategy
We want to hear from you to help shape our strategy and make our future decisions
We are refreshing our Trust Strategy. Our Trust Strategy outlines our vision and is our plan of action to achieve our goals and objectives.
We want to hear from our patients, local community, staff, volunteers and partner organisations to help shape our strategy and make our future decisions. We would love to hear about your ideas and experience so please do get involved.
Why are we refreshing Our Trust Strategy?
Our Strategy: Improving Together is our current Trust Strategy that was last revised in 2022. A great deal has changed since the Trust Strategy was last revised including:
- Changes to NHS structure – in 2022, organisations came together across larger areas to form integrated care systems, these are partnerships of health and care organisations that plan and pay for health and care services.
- Stronger partnerships – in Berkshire West, health and care services are working even closer together to find new and better ways to care for patients and our local community.
- National NHS review – following the arrival of our new government in July, the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England are working together to write the NHS 10-Year Health Plan.
Tell us what you think
Our Trust Strategy will be created together with our patients and community, our staff and volunteers, and our partner organisations. Together, we can make sure Our Trust Strategy reflects the voices and needs of our local communities.
