NCT Antenatal classes

We work with our local National Childbirth Trust (NCT) branch to provide free antenatal education between 28 - 36 weeks of your pregnancy.

NCT run the online interactive course to help prepare you for the birth of your baby and the early days of parenthood. The course is for 6 hours online, with further support via WhatsApp.

The aim of the course is to help you feel more confident about making the right decisions when caring for your new baby and looking after your own health and wellbeing. You will also be able to meet others going through the same life change and form support for each other.

All courses are held online and you will be offered a place depending on your location, due date and course availability.
